Godaime (I suppose) Mizukage from the latest chapter (454) of Naruto. I was thinking of doing a series of all of the kages... I figure I'd start with her and be one of the first to draw her. As you can tell, I was trying for a little different style than what I normally do. (Hair... took.... FOREVER)

I didn't downsample it because I thought maybe if someone wanted to color it (why they would want to, I have no clue. Seriously, I drew this with a regular pen. When you zoom in it looks like pencil. It would be SUCH A PAIN to color. Go find a nice clean vector... one by someone who can actually draw XD)

I might color it.... I feel like it (aka: probably not)
